First, you must activate this convenient feature within your Blue Sky online account. (Similarly, you can deactivate this feature at any time.) When you open that email, you can play the message right then and there. This feature gives you the power of checking your voicemail while you're checking for new email. And you can do so from any email account you choose. Plus, you can forward any voicemail to friends or family like you would any email. Or save them on your computer. Keep in mind that even when you delete your voicemail message from your email inbox, the original file is still in your online account's voicemail inbox. If you do not wish for this to happen, you can disable this feature within your online account settings.

How do I change the amount of time a forwarded call goes unanswered before it is sent to Voicemail?
Simply sign in to your Blue Sky online account, then visit the Call Forwarding section to adjust the time.

Find Me, Follow Me

What is Blue Sky's "find me, follow me" service?
Find Me, Follow Me is a popular feature for those on the go who don't want to miss an important call from any of their Blue Sky numbers.

With Find Me, Follow Me, you have the ability to let any of your Blue Sky numbers send an unanswered call to up to five other numbers, in sequence. (Think of it as your own Blue Sky operator working on your behalf to track you down and redirect an important call.) You never need to worry about missing another call - even when you're not sure where you'll be when new calls come in from a different number.

Say, for example, you don't want to miss any incoming calls to your work number while you're away on weekends. Find Me, Follow Me can redirect those calls to your home number, your mobile number, and then voicemail - in sequence. You just need to choose which numbers to add to your sequence, and the number of rings each number should receive before sending the call to the next number. Blue Sky attempts to find you at any of the numbers you specify, letting your call follow you from work, to home, to on the road, and when all else fails, to your voicemail.

Thanks to Find Me, Follow Me, you'll never miss another call again. Unless, of course, you want to.

Yes - once you connect your Blue Sky phone adapter to a computer and a phone, it's as if you're connected back home. Your number travels with you no matter where you go, regardless of what area code you're currently in when you call - or when friends call you..

Area Code Selection

Does my Blue Sky number's area code need to be the same as the area code that is local to where I live?
