Blue Sky will not read, listen to or provide access to any Blue Sky customer's private e-mail, conversations, or other communications that are transmitted using Blue Sky services except as required to ensure proper operation of services or as otherwise authorized by law.

Unlawful Activity

If requested by proper government authorities, Blue Sky may use customer identifiable information to investigate and help prevent potentially unlawful activity or activities that violate Blue Sky's Service level agreement or threaten the integrity of the Blue Sky service network or platform.

Account Information

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the information on file with Blue Sky is current and accurate. Blue Sky provides each customer with a user interface to manage and control their account information.

Children's Privacy Policy

Blue Sky does not sell products or services intended for purchase by children. Blue Sky will not knowingly solicit or collect customer identifiable information from children or teenagers under the age of eighteen. In addition, Blue Sky will not knowingly link to any third party web site that solicits or collects customer identifiable information from minors. Please contact Blue Sky immediately at security@blueskyphone.com if you believe that a minor has disclosed any personal and identifiable information to Blue Sky that should be removed.

Blue Sky Spam Policy

Blue sky has a no-tolerance policy with regards to spam. Spam complaints will be dealt with seriously and any Blue Sky member involved in spamming will lose all Blue Sky privileges.
